Just Walk Out stores use computer vision-based or RFID-enabled to sell a wide range of goods. At computer vision-based checkout-free stores, customers take items arranged on shelves or tables so the system can see which items are being taken. RFID-enabled checkout-free stores allow for customers to pick up and try on goods, or pick up items off the shelf and return the item to other shelves in the store. Once the shopper has made their selection and exited the store, the shopper is charged for their items and a receipt is automatically generated.
